Original upload: 26-11-2017 | 8.34MB |F4M/C/suicide-note | Final Fantasy Type-0 | No Voices, DB/R/HTS |During inter-frame interval or blackout interval, most known methods of video encoding cannot reduce the size of encoded files due to the restrictions of motion compensation and transform coding. Most methods divide an image into blocks, and perform motion estimation and compensation for each block. Motion estimation and compensation is typically performed on a block basis. The process of estimating motion of a block by calculating the similarity between the block and its neighboring blocks is called block matching. Block matching calculates the similarity between the currently processed block and its neighboring blocks, and determines the predicted value of the current block. Block matching and motion compensation are performed iteratively, and the process ends when the current block has been processed. When a frame is divided into blocks, the blocks that are divided may include the important objects in the frame, and may be more noticeable than other objects. Also, because the blocks are also motion compensated, the average size of each block is smaller than the size of the entire frame. In order to reduce the size of the video stream, for example, to reduce the size of an encoded video stream to half the size, the importance of motion estimation and compensation may be reduced. However, this typically results in a less effective encoding technique. Therefore, to further reduce the size of the video stream, the encoding efficiency and performance of the encoding technique may be improved.Q: Problems with saving bitmaps in SQL Server 2005 I am using SQL Server 2005 and I have a stored procedure that will save bitmaps to the database. The problem is that some of the bitmaps are causing SQL Server to hang or to stop responding. I get no error messages or anything when it hangs, just "Waiting for response from SP_END_SESSION" in the database logs. If I pause the execution of the stored procedure, I see that the write queries that are generating the bitmaps are not processed. I don't understand why the processes that are generating the bitmaps are not getting processed. I've tried using sp_prepare for the inserts, but the bitmaps still hang or stop responding, I don't see any errors. I'm trying to understand the internals of the database and how to look at a SQL Server thread or a deadlock or blocking process from a 3rd party application perspective. Any
